At MARTINI TRENDS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
Eligibility Criteria
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items from our SALES, marked as such on the product page, are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Contact Customer Support: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at support@martinitrends.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and tags. Be sure to include the RA number provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Martini Trends is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, or sooner. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees.
